Sunod-sunod ang naging tweet ng broadcaster na si Karen Davila ngayong Mayo 2 matapos isa pang tumestigo laban kay Senadora Leila de Lima ang bumaligtad at binawi ang mga akusasyon laban sa mambabatas.
Kasunod ng pagbaligtad ng self-confessed drug lord na si Kerwin Espinosa, bumaligtad si Rafael Ragos at sinabing pinilit lang siya ni dating Department of Justice Sec. Vitaliano Aguirre II na idawit ang mambabatas sa iligal na bentahan ng droga sa New Bilibid Prison noong 2016.
Si Ragos ay dating Bureau of Corrections chief.
Hindi napigilan ni Karen na madismaya rito.
“This is tragic! Shouldn’t Ragos be held accountable for LYING and giving false testimony? This is an abuse of the powers and resources of government. And if it is true former SOJ Aguirre coerced him shouldn’t cases be filed against him?” saad ni Karen sa isang tweet niya.
Dagdag niya, hindi pa raw ba sapat ito para mabasura ang mga kaso laban kay De Lima.

“With Kerwin Espinosa and former NBI official Ragos recanting their statements – isn’t this enough for Sen Leila De Lima’s cases to be dismissed? What shame for Ragos not to have been able to stand up to pressure then. But – it is never too late to do the right thing.”
Panghuli sinabi niyang, “Isipin n’yo. Nagsinungaling ka at dahil dito – nakulong ang isang tao ng 5 taon. All those years lost. Takot ka sa Presidente o sa boss mo, pero hindi ka takot sa Diyos?”
Si De Lima, isa sa mga kritiko ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte, ay nakakulong na mula noong 2017 dahil sa mga alegasyon na gumamit siya ng drug money para sa kanyang 2016 senatorial campaign noong siya pa ang kalihim ng Department of Justice.
